Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To report a lost or stolen Country Terrace voucher, please email us at info@country-terrace.com. You must have your voucher number in order to spend it. E-mail or phone number cannot be used to spend the voucher.
